The Philadelphia Watershed Stewardship Program has begun training it's class of 2019.
Participants in the program are right now learning about the plants, animals, history, and geology of our city's green spaces. They're finding out how water ties all of this together, and how we can take care of the health of our water.
Soon, they'll be spreading this knowledge to others. Just this coming weekend they'll participate in Love Your Park Week with a clean-up at The Discovery Center, and in June they're looking forward to meeting the PWD Spokesdog at Cobbs Creek CEC.
