LandHealth is a participating partner in Fairmount Parks Conservancy's 'Love Your Park' Week, a celebration of parks across Philadelphia. Come out to walk one of our city parks, Whitby Meadows, with a bonus planting portion co-led by LandHealth and our partner Audubon Mid-Atlantic.
